The gîte is located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, in the Montélimar – Crest – Nyons triangle.

We welcome you to a green setting bordered by the Vermenon woods. You will be just a stone's throw from must-see tourist attractions: the hilltop villages of Drôme Provençale, the Adhémar castles, the crocodile farm, the Valdaine golf course, the Drôme valley, the Saoû syncline to the north, the Baronnies to the south, the Ardèche on the other side of the Rhône...

On site, relaxation and well-being of mind and body are guaranteed, so all you have to do is enjoy yourself!

Les Fruitiers is a spacious gîte with a garden of over 500m², a fully equipped kitchen including a wood-burning oven from 1850 (not operational) and a lounge with a television, board games and books.

Three independent bedrooms, two of which have queen-size beds (160x200 cm) and private shower rooms/toilets, and the third has a 160x200 cm bed and two 80x200 cm beds with a private bathroom/toilet. This large 48m² bedroom is located on the first floor above the other two bedrooms. The staircase leading to it is outside, on the courtyard side, and is not recommended for children under 10 years of age without adult supervision.

Please note that it is possible to request two twin beds (80x200 cm) for each bedroom instead of a queen-size bed.

Household linen, towels and pool towels are provided and your beds will be made on arrival for your comfort.

The outdoor areas are for your exclusive use: two parking spaces, a large garden with sun loungers, a large table under a wrought iron arbour with rose bushes, a parasol and a gas barbecue are at your disposal.

Shared facilities include the sun terrace and heated swimming pool (open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather permitting, from mid-April to October. Dimensions: 8x4m, max. depth 1.70m, secured by an electric roller shutter). What could be more enjoyable than getting away from it all with your feet in the water?

There is also a shared laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and vacuum cleaner available.

A travel cot, baby bath and changing mat are available on request.

The entrances are separate and the outdoor living areas have been designed to be secluded.

This cottage can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights from September to June and 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.
